Abstract

The invention provides an electronic device and a camera device, deterioration of sound properties can be prevented even in the event that inner pressure within a frame is increased owing to heating-up of electronic components within the frame. A digital camera (1) includes: a front cover (2a), a back cover (2b) including watertight structures as the frame; a camera element (6), ASIC (8) configured within the frame as heating components; a loudspeaker (9) configured within the frame; a sound hole (2d) for passing the sound from the loudspeaker (9) to outside of the frame; a non-air permeable watertight component, which is a loudspeaker watertight slice (22), which can elastically deform and cover the sound hole (2d); and a clapboard (24) for separating the loudspeaker (9) within the frame, on account of the separation of the loudspeaker (9), protrusion of the loudspeaker watertight slice (22) can be avoided and reduction of the sound-making performance can be inhibited even under a condition that the inner pressure within the frame is increased as a result of heat of the heating components.
