Problems solved by technology

Among them, the role of multivalent metal compounds is to form a protective film on the surface of the ulcer. If the amount of multivalent compound is used more, the protective film will last longer, but at the same time it also brings about the contradiction of enhanced burning sensation in the affected part of the oral cavity.

Embodiment 1

[0061] A buccal tablet containing penicillin V potassium for curing oral ulcers, which is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

[0062] 50 parts of penicillin V potassium; 15 parts of mannitol;

[0063] 4 parts of sucrose; 4 parts of lactose;

[0064] 3 parts of magnesium stearate; an appropriate amount of absolute ethanol;

[0065] Edible flavor traces.

[0066] The preparation method of the present invention is as follows: the solid raw materials in the above raw materials are respectively pulverized, sieved, mixed uniformly with other raw materials, and then anhydrous ethanol is used as a wetting agent, and the amount is subject to a soft and wet material suitable for molding. Use a shallow drum punch to press tablets and dry to obtain the product.

Embodiment 2

[0068] A buccal tablet containing penicillin V potassium for curing oral ulcers, which is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

[0069] 60 parts of penicillin V potassium; 25 parts of mannitol;

[0070] 6 parts of sucrose; 6 parts of lactose;

[0071] Magnesium stearate 4 parts; anhydrous ethanol appropriate amount;

[0072] Edible flavor traces.

[0073] The preparation method of the present invention is as follows: the solid raw materials in the raw materials are respectively pulverized, sieved, and mixed uniformly with other raw materials, and then anhydrous ethanol is used as a wetting agent, and the amount is subject to a soft and wet material suitable for molding. The product is obtained by pressing and drying in a shallow drum punching die.

Embodiment 3

[0075] A buccal tablet containing penicillin V potassium for curing oral ulcers, which is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

[0076] 55 parts of penicillin V potassium; 20 parts of mannitol;

[0077] 5 parts of sucrose; 5 parts of lactose;

[0078] Magnesium stearate 4 parts; anhydrous ethanol appropriate amount;

[0079] Edible flavor traces.

[0080] The preparation method of the present invention is as follows: the solid raw materials in the raw materials are respectively pulverized, sieved, and mixed uniformly with other raw materials, and then anhydrous ethanol is used as a wetting agent, and the amount is subject to a soft and wet material suitable for molding. The product is obtained by pressing and drying in a shallow drum punching die.

Abstract

The invention relates to buccal tablet of penicillin V potassium with therapeutic effect on dental ulcer, which has weight proportions of raw materials as follows: 50-60 portions of the penicillin V potassium, 15-25 portions of mannitol, 4-6 portions of sugar, 4-6 portions of lactose, 3-4 portions of stearic acid, adequate absolute alcohol and microscale edible essence. The buccal tablet has the advantages that: 1) compared with the prior art, the buccal tablet increases the proportions of multivalent compounds, which prolongs the duration of a protective membrane by 1-2 times; 2) the invention contains a larger portion of the mannitol which has effects of dissolution and heat absorption, thus counterbalancing the intensified sense of oral cauma caused by the increase of the content of multivalent compound so as to result in no obvious cauma in the mouth and meet the requirement of the buccal tablet; 3) compared with the prior art, the minnitol auxiliary agent utilized by the invention reduces the cost of auxiliary agent by about 4-6 times.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medicine for treating oral ulcers and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a buccal tablet containing penicillin V potassium having a therapeutic effect on oral ulcers and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Recurrent oral ulcers are the most common diseases in oral mucosal diseases. The prevalence ranks first in oral mucosal diseases, accounting for about 20% of the general population; in 1976, the prevalence rate was 17.7% among 30,118 people surveyed by Axéll; the prevalence rate was 18.3 among 9463 people surveyed by the Dental Hospital (1981) %; in terms of gender, most reported that women are slightly more ill than men, and there are also reports that the proportion of men and women is equal. Recurrent oral ulcers specifically refer to a type of unexplained, recurrent but self-limited, orphan, round or oval ulcers, or recurrent aphthous ulcers, recurrent aphthous ulcers, etc. Clinically, acc...
