The method disclosed by the invention needs not to transmit the special effect data together with the video data every time, thus reducing transmitted data quantity and saving network bandwidth; in addition, the further reduction of the transmitted data quantity and the saving of the network bandwidth can be realized by hollowing-out the special effect position of the video data or setting the special effect position into the same pixel value.
