The method is applicable to a device consisting of bus sill equipment, a central system and an operation terminal. The bus sill equipment is arranged on the bus and the data transmission can be realized between the bus sill equipment and the central system. The central system is connected with the operation terminal by signals. The managing method realizes bus shift management by the operation terminal. Therefore, the managing method can be adopted by industry users to carry out convenient and fast management of running numbers to the buses equipped with GPS vehicle terminals and can check relative reports, thus reducing operation complexity, saving manpower and materials and improving work efficiency.
