Benefits of technology

The technical effect that this technology provides an improved way to detect or verify certain elements accurately at very fast speeds without being affected too much during testing. This makes it ideal when there are many things requiring security checks quickly but also works well where strict guidelines require them be followed carefully throughout their entire process.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: The technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to prevent accidental fixations during flights between an engine part called the pilot's seat and other critical areas like cargo containers inside the fuselage of an aircraft. These fixed points pose potential hazards due to their vulnerability and possible injury from firefightings. Existing methods involve monitoring bolts through visual observation only when they become loose or damaged.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fixed element and a detecting system thereof. A method comprises the following steps: arranging a sensing material in the body of the fixed element; supplying power through a radio-frequency circuit; utilizing a signal processing unit to convert an electrical signal from the sensing material into a readable signal of the circuit; and transferring the readable signal to an external detecting device through the wireless radio-frequency, so as to detect state of the fixed element. By adopting the method, the mass screening actions can be performed accurately and quickly to the fixed element. Furthermore, the invention is particularly suitable for high safety considering places, for example, some screws on an airframe.
