Abstract

A large-sized oil pipe anticorrosive coating curing oven is used for solving the curing treatment problem of well oil pipe anticorrosive paint. The technical solution is that the curing oven comprises a combustion chamber, a heat exchanger and a curing oven connected with the chimney of the combustion chamber. The curing oven is internally provided with a conveying device for conveying work pieces and divided into multiple temperature raising zones along the conveying direction of the work pieces. Baffle plates are arranged among adjacent temperature raising zones and the bottom of each temperature raising zone is uniformly provided with air distributing pipes on which air equalising holes are uniformly distributed. The air inlet thereof is connected with the air outlet at the top of the curing oven by a circulating fan outside the curing oven. Heat-conducting oil pipes are uniformly distributed above the air distributing pipes and form a circulating oil passage together with the oil piles in the heat exchanger by an oil pump. The invention can not only realize gradient temperature raising and even heating and effectively ensure paint film quality, not discharging poisonous gas and meeting the requirements on environmental protection.
