Abstract

The invention relates to an enzymic measuring reagent of alpha-L-fucosidase resistant to heparin interference and a using method thereof. The reagent of the invention is a liquid dual reagent and has excellent resistance to heparin interference and excellent stability. The reagent can be used on a semi/full automatic biochemical analyzer by adopting a speed colorimetric technique. The product uses a new substrate and the formulation is added with anti-interference agent resistant to heparin interference. The reagent has the advantages of high sensibility and strong resistance to interference. The product is added with selected stabilizer so that the reagent has excellent stability without influence on performance after the product is stored (keep out of light and sealed) for 12 months at the temperature of 2-8 DEG C. The reagent can be widely used for early diagnosis of primary carcinoma of liver, health examination, liver disease general survey and the like.
