Problems solved by technology

Therefore, the traditional algae segmentation methods such as threshold segmentation and contour extraction can extract the rough outline of the algae, but there will be a large number of burrs, nicks and protrusions on the edge, even if it is processed by a certain contour smoothing method, the obtained Algae profile is also an irregularity
[0006] A large number of literature searches show that a large number of image segmentation methods for algae graphics are often based on simple operations without prior knowledge background. Based on the prior information of the current status of algae, the method of correcting the pre-segmented contour through correction methods has not been reported.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the embodiments.

[0016] 1) Take pictures of 10 kinds of circular algae microscopic single algae under a microscope and a high-precision digital camera device, and carry out grayscale processing on them ( figure 1 A)

[0017] 2) By adopting the automatic threshold segmentation technology, the area where the algae body of the target microalgae is extracted to obtain a preliminary outline ( figure 1 B)

[0018] 3) Use the robust least squares method to perform curve fitting on the preliminary profile (DuMouchel, 1989), which is essentially a

[0019] The selection weight iterative least squares process reduces the influence of outliers by reducing the weight of outliers.

[0020] The present invention pre-segments the algae image, and judges the roundness of the pre-segmented contour. If the pre-segmented result considers that the algae body is close to a circle, then ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for locating circular algae in a microimage and relates to the location of algae. The invention provides a method for locating the circular algae in the microimage. The method comprises the following steps: creating an original microalgae image database by a microscope and an image acquisition device and installing the database in a computer, wherein the resolution ratio of each original algae image at least reaches 100*100; extracting a region where the target algae locates approximately by adopting general computer image-segmentation technologies, such as threshold segmentation, canny edge detection, and the like to obtain a pre-locating profile A; judging the circularity of the profile A by adopting general circularity judgment methods and a perimeter-area ratio method, wherein the general circularity judgment methods are a profile diagramming method, and the like; and if the circularity of the profile A is within a tolerance range, carrying out hough conversion or curve fitting on the base of the profile A to obtain a corrected profile B which is final location of the circular algae.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a positioning of algae, in particular to a method for positioning circular algae in a microscopic image. Background technique [0002] Algae are a class of single-celled organisms widely distributed in various habitats and play a vital role in the balance of ecosystems. It is a major component of the primary productivity of the Earth's oceans. In addition, algae are widely used in many fields, such as water quality detection ([1] Prygiel J, Coste M, Bukowska J.
