The invention relates to an urban heating system device for generating terrestrial heat by utilizing a hot spring zone, comprising an air heating system consisting of air inlet pipes, W-shape multi-stage heating pipes and an output guide pipe, wherein the 50 -100 meter air inlet pipes are erected on the ground surface and extend 50 to 100 meters into the ground of the hot spring zone and then are turned into W-shaped heating pipes which are vertically arranged under the ground surface in parallel, and cold air enters the air inlet pipes, is heated into hot air through heating nets below the W-shaped multi-stage heating pipes and then is respectively delivered into urban residential buildings by the output guide pipes with the functions of insulation and warm preservation. Pressurizing towers, warming towers and multi-section constant-temperature valves are arranged between the W-shaped heating pipes and the output guide pipes, and when the temperature in the output guide pipes is lower than a certain temperature, the constant-temperature valves automatically open so that the air flows back to the warming towers; and when the temperature in the output guide pipes is raised to exceed the certain temperature, the valves automatically close. The output ends of the W-shaped heating pipes are provided with the pressurizing towers so that motors of pressurizing pumps connected with the pressurizing towers automatically turn on when the density of the hot air in the system is reduced to be below a certain degree, and automatically turn off after the pressure standard is achieved. The inlet ends of the warming towers are provided with the constant-temperature valves, and when the temperature of the system is reduced to be below a certain degree, the constant-temperature valves automatically open so that the hot air is imported.
