Abstract

The impregnant is prepared from a solid lubricant, surfactants, dispersants, anti-adhesion addictives and water, wherein the solid lubricants are molybdenum disulfide and paraffin; the surfactants are oleic acid and triethanolamine; the dispersants are sodiumchloride and sodium carbonate; and the anti-adhesion addictives are sodium molybdate and tributyl phosphate. The impregnant is used for preparing the impregnated grinding wheels, and the prepared impregnated grinding wheels have the advantages of improving the grinding state and reducing grinding burn.
