A lubrication structure for a transfer case gearbox in a large-tonnage truck crane includes a housing and a self-priming oil pump assembly that pumps oil from the bottom of the housing upwards to lubricate the gears and bearings within the housing. The self-priming oil pump assembly comprises a first self-priming oil pump mounted on one shaft within the housing, a second self-priming oil pump mounted on a second shaft within the housing, and a cooler connected to the oil outlet of the second self-priming oil pump via an oil pipe. The oil inlets of the first and second self-priming oil pumps are respectively connected to the bottom of the housing via oil pipes. The oil outlet of the first self-priming oil pump is connected to an oil passage within the housing. The oil outlet of the cooler is connected to the housing via an oil pipe. This invention reduces wear on gears and bearings caused by untimely lubrication, lowers the probability of lubrication failure under extreme operating conditions, improves the adaptability of the lubrication system, extends the fatigue life of gears and bearings within the gearbox, reduces the aging rate of the lubricating oil, and reduces vibration and noise during gearbox operation.
