pressure difference between the region and other regions, improve the flowability of the sand, and facilitate compacting of the sand, thereby achieving good core making effect. During solidification and blowing, the blowing mechanism can blow
triethylamine gas into the cavity through the top and side of the core box, achieve the best solidification and air intake combination, increase the air intake area, shorten the solidification time, improve the solidification efficiency, and increase the opening of the exhaust adjusting
branch to increase the exhaust amount of the corresponding region and ensure smooth air intake. The present application also provides a sand shooting and solidification
