With multi-point temperature values of the shell of a traveling-wave tube as auxiliary variables, the finite element soft-measurement thermal model of the traveling-wave tube is created; with heat source distribution as independent variables, a target function of an error sum of squares between the multi-point temperature measurement values of the shell and corresponding point temperature simulation values of the finite element thermal model of the traveling-wave tube is derived, and is solved by an iterative algorithm, so that an optimal heat source distribution solution is obtained, finally, the optimal heat source distribution solution is loaded into the finite element thermal model of the traveling-wave tube, and an internal temperature soft-measurement value of the traveling-wave tube is obtained by finite element stimulation calculation. The method is applied to measurement on the size change of the inner cavity of the blade in a manufacturing process of an air-cooling blade, aiming at solving the problem that the size change of the inner cavity of the blade cannot be measured in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, designing an analog sample piece of the hollow casting, secondly, designing a core mold and an outer mold of the analog sample piece, and subsequently manufacturing the analog sample piece according to the manufacturing process of the blade, wherein quality control requirement on the analog sample piece is consistent with that on a real casting; after reinforcement at high temperature, measuring the three-dimensional sizes of a core of the prepared analog sample piece; and subsequently, reinforcing at low temperature, manufacturing a wax mold, manufacturing a molding shell, casting, cooling down and subsequently cutting the analog sample piece according to measurement lines, measuring the inner cavity of the casting, and finally measuring and calculating the shrinkage percentage. By adopting the method, the precision of the size of the inner cavity of a turbine blade is ensured, and the pass percent of the casting is increased.

The invention relates to a method for high precision compensation of vertical angles of electronic total stations and electronic theodolites with angle compensation. A mathematical model for high precision compensation of vertical angles is provided; electronic levelers are disposed respectively in directions parallel to a transverse axis and a collimation axis of a theodolite; an inclined angle of a vertical axis of the theodolite is characterized by inclined angles in directions of the transverse axis and the collimation axis of the theodolite; the inclined angles in directions of the transverse axis and the collimation axis are the measured output of the electronic levelers in corresponding directions, and are used as matrix elements to establish an initial matrix when the vertical axis of the theodolite is inclined; the rotation process during the angle measurement of the theodolite is represented by a corresponding matrix; and finally a real measuring model value of the theodolite vertical angle is obtained in the presence of vertical axis inclination errors. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantage that a precise mathematical model established by coordinate transformation is provided, and the new model is used in the high precision measurement of theodolite vertical angles; therefore the compensation precision is higher, and the error compensation scope is larger; and the method is easy to carry out.
