oil temperature t at the oil level, step h, determining whether the current
oil temperature t is above a safe
oil temperature upper limit, step i, judging that the oil level is too high, step j, determining whether the current oil temperature t is below a safe oil temperature
lower limit, step k, judging that the oil level is too low, and step l, determining reset or nor by use of the PLC. An oil
level sensor is arranged at the bottom of a lower
oil tank; the wire of the oil
level sensor is drawn out of a
junction box and then is connected with the input port of the controller. According to the method and the system for monitoring the oil level of the oil-immersed high-
voltage electrical apparatus, the accurate oil level condition of the insulating oil of the apparatus can be monitored in real time, and the oil level can be converted into electrical quantity information and uploaded; as a result, online monitoring of the oil levels of the oil-filled electrical apparatuses is realized and the intelligence level of the apparatuses is improved.
