The method comprises: an access control system performs scanning to obtain first payment two-dimensional codes corresponding to a vehicle running into the access control, and obtains corresponding account information; the access control is controlled to open, the obtainment time of the account information is marked as the access time of the vehicle; the access control system performs scanning to obtain the second payment two-dimensional codes of a vehicle to be gone out of the access control; the corresponding account information is obtained, and it is determined whether the database stores the account information corresponding to the second payment two-dimensional codes or not; if the database stores the account information corresponding to the second payment two-dimensional codes, the obtainment time of the account time is marked as the leaving time of the vehicle; the access control system calculates the parking fee according to the access time corresponding to the vehicle and the leaving time corresponding to the vehicle; the access control system receives the parking fee according to the second payment two-dimensional codes; and the access control system controls the opening of the access control. The parking fee is obtained through calculation based on the payment two-dimensional codes corresponding to the vehicle obtained through scanning when accessing and leaving a parking lot, and automatic deduction is directly performed based on the payment two-dimensional codes obtained when the vehicle leaves the parking time so as to realize automatic fee payment and automatic management.
