Abstract

The invention provides a high-precision flat plate type pressing machine which comprises a removable pressing machine frame, a pressing plate orientation and positioning device in lifting process and a pressure system. The bearing capability of a bolt is greatly increased by changing the stressing type of a joint part between a vertical column and a cross beam, i.e. the bolt is changed from shearing stress to tensile stress, and thus, the safety of the pressing machine is enhanced. The adoption of the pressing plate orientation and positioning device in lifting process completely cancels a weld assembly, namely a leg supporter and a foot rest, so that the pressing plate and the frame can not be heated to deform because of the welding process, and the processing precision of the pressing machine is ensured. The pressure system of the pressing machine increases the stressing supporting range of a product processed by the pressing machine and reduces the elastic deformation of the processed product, and thus, the thickness difference of the product processed by the pressing machine is ensured to be controlled within the minimum limit.
