Embodiment 1

[0019] 1. Seed selection: Choose Jinchun No. 5 Cucumber variety with strong plant growth, disease resistance and high yield.

[0020] 2. Seedling cultivation: first rinse the cucumber seeds with clean water to remove the shriveled seeds, then put them into hot water at 55°C, and stir them constantly with a small stick. After 10 minutes, add cold water to keep the water temperature at 25°C and soak for 4-6 hours. After soaking the seeds, wrap the cucumber seeds with a clean towel or gauze, and place them at 25-30°C to accelerate germination. When more than 60% of the seed buds are exposed, the plugs are used for seedling cultivation.

[0021] 3. Root removal: When the cotyledons of the seedlings are flat and the height of the heart leaves is 0.5cm, the seedlings are lifted out in time, and the cotyledons are used as the benchmark. A bunch of 20-30 seedlings is tied with a rubber band. Cut off, discard the rhizome and the following roots, and soak the wound within 5 minutes. It...

[0024] 1. Seed selection: Select Jingyan Mini No. 1 fruit cucumber variety that is crisp and tender and marketable.

[0025] 2. Raising seedlings: first rinse the cucumber seeds with clean water to remove the deflated seeds, then put them into hot water at 55°C, and stir them constantly with a small stick.

Abstract

The invention discloses a planting method for cultivating strong root systems of cucumber seedlings. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly cultivating seedlings of cucumbers normally, pulling the seedlings out when the cotyledon is unfolded and the core leaf is 0.5 cm high, aligning by taking the cotyledon as reference, wherein one beam comprises 20-30 seedlings; cutting the seedlings at 5 cm low of the cotyledons by using a disinfected sharp cutter, dropping rootstocks and root parts thereunder, dipping vulnus with sterilization root accelerating liquid for 10 s in five minutes; then placing the root in active carbon which is crushed and passes through a 180-mesh sieve, is heated to 40-50 DEG C for 30-40 minutes, then planting the seedlings in a planting container; keeping the temperature at 22-24 DEG C in the day and 18-20 DEG C at night, pouring thin fertilizer after 3 days, and transplanting to the planting fields when the seedlings have one core with three leaves. The planting method for cultivating strong root systems of cucumber seedlings is used for converting the cucumber seedling from primary tap root systems to fibrous root systems, enabling the root system to be developed; therefore, the capability of absorbing fertilizers and drought resistance are stronger than that of the traditional seedling, the acute physiological withering does not exist easily; the fruit-setting peak period is 7-10 days longer than the normal planting method, thus the yield is increased for more than 15%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cucumber cultivation, and in particular relates to a cultivation method for cultivating strong root systems of cucumber seedlings by cutting off the roots of cucumber seedlings and then planting them. Background technique [0002] Cucumber is an important global popular vegetable, and its cultivated area is second only to tomato, cabbage and onion, ranking fourth. Among them, about 241,000 hectares of cucumbers are cultivated in China, accounting for 28% of the world's cultivated area, ranking first in the world. In protected cultivation in northern my country, cucumber ranks among the best because of its high yield, remarkable economic benefits and stable market price. The folk proverb "If you want to get rid of poverty, build a greenhouse, and if you want to have money to spend, quickly grow cucumbers" reflects the status of cucumbers in protected vegetable cultivation. [0003] In recent years, with ...
