Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for transmitting information from a reader-writer to a label. The method comprises the following steps of: transmitting a continuous high-level radio frequency carrier with a certain length; if an identification code is received from the label, generating a frame synchronization sequence, and transmitting the frame synchronization sequence to the label, wherein the frame synchronization sequence comprises a delimiter representative of an initial point of the frame synchronization sequence, two calibration symbols for calibrating reference frequency, and data information; if a receiving identifier returned by the label is received, generating a base band command according to an instruction of a background control system, codingthe base band command, and transmitting a carrier signal comprising the frame synchronization sequence and the coded base band command; and if a synchronization establishment identifier returned by the label is received, determining that the establishment of synchronous communication with the label is finished. By the method and the device, the self-calibration of the reference frequency can be realized, thereby reducing the power consumption of a chip.
