Problems solved by technology

The amplitude of PERG is very small, usually a few microvolts, and it is susceptible to electromagnetic interference, which affects analysis and diagnosis
Especially in the outpatient building of a general hospital, many large medical equipment are connected to the public ground wire of the building. Such a ground wire will not help the PERG record, but will introduce various electromagnetic interference
The foundation of the outpatient building is usually cast in concrete, which makes it difficult to obtain a separate and ideal grounding for the visual electrophysiology instrument
Existing recording methods often fail to record credible PERG waveforms under complex electromagnetic interference conditions, and even fail to obtain recording results during severe interference periods or when the patient's PERG amplitude is significantly reduced
At present, PERG recording under complex electromagnetic interference conditions is still a technical problem, and related research has not been reported yet.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for recording a pattern electroretinogram under complicated electromagnetic interference conditions. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) disorderly closing and twisting five conducting wires connected with an amplifier; (2) opening a vision electrophysiological instrument, setting the range of transmission bands to be between 1 and 30 Hz, and setting the number of pattern reversal stimuli to be between 500 and 700 times when artifact rejection is forbidden; (3) placing five electrodes at preset positions respectively, and setting the distance between examined eyes and a display screen according to a detected object; and (4) beginning to record, and printing the pattern electroretinogram after the recording is finished. The recording method is simple and easy, the repeatability is high, results are accurate, normal pattern electroretinograms can be obtained under complicated electromagnetic interference conditions, and the recording efficiency of the pattern electroretinograms is improved; and the method has great significance for clinical diagnosis, visual function evaluation and objective understanding of the function of retinal ganglion cells of experimental animals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method for recording graphic electroretinograms under complex electromagnetic interference conditions. Background technique [0002] Pattern Electric Retinography (PERG) refers to the ERG generated by pattern graphics such as flipped checkerboard or grating, which mainly reflects the electrical activity of retinal ganglion cells. It is an important indicator for the study of retinal nerve function. In glaucoma , plays an important role in the early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. [0003] Animal experiments are the basis of clinical application of visual electrophysiology. Rats and mice, as experimental animals whose genotypes are highly similar to humans, are widely used in basic research in ophthalmology. The establishment of animal models of ophthalmic diseases and the analysis of the characteristics of visual electrophysiological waveforms of various diseases are of ...
