The medicine for external application is a clear solution which is prepared by the following steps of: weighing 14 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines such as asarum, tall gastrodia tuber, simpleleaf shrub chastetree fruit, feverfew and the like according to the weight ratio, mixing and crushing the Chinese herbal medicines, adding water according to a proportion of 1:10, decocting and standing still for 48 hours.
