Abstract

The invention provides a system judging whether radio communication is formal or not to prevent an illegal establishment of radio communication using a repeater. When a bidirectional communication is conducted between a communication host (9) and a communication terminal (2), a transmission performing portion (25) corrects the transmission strength of a plurality of electric waves (24a, 24b) transmitted from the communication host (9). A reception strength calculating portion (26) disposed on the communication terminal (2) computes the receiving strength (RSSI) of a plurality of electric waves (24a, 24b) from the communication host (9). A communication judging portion (31) determines whether the present communication is formal or not based on the receiving strength (RSSI) calculated by the reception strength calculating portion (26).
