The compression refrigeration circuit and the heat exchange circuit share an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan; both the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger exchange heat through three fluids and respectively comprise a refrigerant pipeline, a water or anti-freezing solution pipeline and a fin; the compression refrigeration circuit is a closed loop which consists of a compressor, the refrigerant pipeline of the indoor heat exchanger, an expansion device and the refrigerant pipeline of the outdoor heat exchanger; and the heat exchange circuit is the closed loop which consists of a pump, the water or anti-freezing solution pipeline of the outdoor heat exchanger and the water or anti-freezing solution pipeline of the indoor heat exchanger.
