Problems solved by technology

The main disadvantages of this process for waste paper and papermaking wastewater treatment are: 1) Dosing is required when the wastewater enters the sedimentation tank, resulting in a large amount of dosing and high wastewater treatment costs
2) There is no sedimentation tank after the hydrolysis anaerobic tank. Because the COD (chemical oxygen demand) in the wastewater at this time is high, it has caused great difficulties to the biochemical treatment in the later stage

Embodiment Construction

[0015] The present invention is a wastewater treatment method using waste paper and papermaking, comprising a step of introducing wastewater from waste paper and papermaking into a water inlet grille, and then introducing the waste water into a regulating pool after being treated through the water inlet grille, adding water to the regulating pool The acid adjusts the pH value so that the pH value in the adjustment tank is between 8-8.5, and then the wastewater in the adjustment tank is pumped to a hydrolysis anaerobic tank for hydrolysis anaerobic, and the wastewater after hydrolysis anaerobic is introduced into a first The sedimentation tank is used for sedimentation. After the sedimentation, the supernatant in the first sedimentation tank is introduced into a deep air flotation tank for air flotation treatment. After the air flotation treatment, the supernatant in the deep air flotation tank is introduced into a biochemical tank. The biochemical tank An aeration device is ins...

Abstract

The invention which provides a method for processing wastewater from papermaking with waste paper relates to the environmental protection field. The method solves technical problems of high COD content in the wastewater from papermaking with the waste paper and high processing cost in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: introducing the wastewater from papermaking with the waste paper into a water inlet barrier; introducing the wastewater which is processed through the water inlet barrier into an equalizing tank; adding an acid to the equalizing tank to adjust the pH value; lifting the wastewater in the equalizing tank to an anaerobic hydrolysis tank through a pump for anaerobic hydrolysis tank; introducing the anaerobically hydrolyzed wastewater into a first sedimentation tank for sedimentation; introducing a supernatant into a deep air floatation tank for air floatation processing after deposition; introducing the air floatation processed supernatant into a biochemical tank which is provided with an aeration apparatus; introducing the supernatant which is processed through the biochemical tank into a second sedimentation tank for sedimentation; introducing the supernatant after sedimentation into a reverse ore sand filter tank for filtering; and recycling water after going through the reverse ore sand filter tank. The wastewater from papermaking with the waste paper, which is processed with the method of the invention, has the advantages of obvious reduction of the COD value and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to a sewage treatment method, in particular to a waste paper papermaking wastewater treatment method. Background technique [0002] The traditional waste paper and papermaking wastewater treatment process is as follows: water inlet grill → sedimentation → biochemical → sedimentation. The main disadvantages of this process for waste paper and papermaking wastewater treatment are: 1) Dosing is required when the wastewater enters the sedimentation tank, resulting in a large amount of dosing and high wastewater treatment costs. 2) There is no sedimentation tank after the hydrolysis anaerobic tank. Because the COD (chemical oxygen demand) in the wastewater at this time is high, it has caused great difficulties to the biochemical treatment in the later stage. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the technical pro...
