The constant-volume weighing fluid dynamic metering device mainly consists of an automatic liquid reversing valve bank, a damping corrugated pipe, a liquid volume fixing device, a weighing device and a data acquiring and processing system, wherein a damping connection base and the automatic liquid reversing valve bank are fixedly arranged at one end of the upper plane of a base; in the liquid volume fixing device, a volume pipe is arranged between an upper end cover and a volume pipe base, and a central guide pipe and a piston are fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the volume pipe base; the lower part of the volume pipe base is provided with the weighing device; and a signal line is connected between a weighing sensor and the data acquiring and processing system.
