Embodiment 1
[0022] 1) Choose a site with good drainage, low groundwater level, convenient transportation, and abundant water sources, and erect a single large shed or a connected large shed, plus a shading net with a shading rate of 65%. The ground seedbed is built in the shed, and the ground is leveled. The height difference between the center and the edge of the bed is less than 2cm. The seedbed is 100cm wide and 30m long. The surface of the seedbed is covered with ground cloth. Mix peat with a volume ratio of 4:4:1:1: coconut bran: yellow heart soil: organic fertilizer as the substrate and mix it evenly, fill it on the seedling bed, the substrate thickness is 8cm, and use 500 times potassium permanganate solution to sterilize the cuttings. This work was completed in the first 24 hours; the said matrix has a dry bulk density of 0.28, a total porosity of 62.53%, a large porosity of 16.52%, a small porosity of 46.01%, and a maximum water holding rate of 2.22. pH value 5.56, EC value 3.56, ...

Abstract
The invention relates to a cuttage propagation method for Chamaecyparis obtus 'Nana Aurea', and belongs to the technical field of plant propagation. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1) mixing peat, coconut husks, yellow subsoil and an organic fertilizer which serve as matrixes in the volume ratio of (2-6):(2-6):(0.5-3):(0.5-3) and laying on a seedling bed; 2) performing cuttage in early February, and selecting autumn shoots in the previous year on each lateral branch from a female parent of the Chamaecyparis obtus 'Nana Aurea', and cutting; 3) soaking fringe roots of cuttage branches by using 2,200 to 2,800ppm of Sensheng No.3 plant rooting agent for 1 to 3 seconds; 4) performing the cuttage by using the seedling bed, administrating and conserving; and 5) after the cuttage is performed for 100 to 130 days and when the rooting rate is over 60 percent, refining seedlings. By the cuttage propagation method for the Chamaecyparis obtus 'Nana Aurea', the rooting condition is good, and a finished product ratio is over 60 percent; and the method makes propagation processes operated simply, and the Chamaecyparis obtus 'Nana Aurea' is high in propagation speeds and can adapt to climates and soil environments of China, so the cuttage propagation method has a good market prospect.
Description
Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of plant propagation, and specifically relates to a cutting propagation method of dwarf yellow Japanese cypress cuttings. Background technique [0002] 'Dwarf Yellow' Japanese Cypress Chamaecyparis obtuse ‘Nana Aurea’ belongs to the genus Cypress, an evergreen coniferous tree, shrub, dwarf, spherical, slow-growing, 2.5m high, 4.0m high, and crown width 1.0-2.5m. The branches are spirally arranged in a fan shape, with dense scales and leaves, rounded tips, golden leaves, and dark green inside the crown with aromatic odor. Male cone flowers are yellow, open in spring, female cone flowers are round, yellow-green, orange-brown to reddish brown when ripe, apex is obtuse, plump; cone diameter 0.8-1.0cm,; seed scales 4 pairs, top pentagonal or Square, flat or slightly concave in the center, with small pointed heads in the middle; seeds nearly round, narrow wings, fruit period from October to November, mature cones are ...
