Embodiment Construction

[0023] In order to make the present invention more comprehensible, a preferred embodiment is described in detail as follows.

[0024] The RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) used in the present invention is a radio frequency identification technology, which is a kind of automatic identification technology. Conceptually speaking, RFID is similar to barcode scanning. For barcode technology, it attaches the encoded barcode to the target and uses a dedicated scanning reader to use optical signals to transmit information from the bar magnetically to the scanning reader. RFID uses a dedicated RFID reader and a special RFID tag that can be attached to the target, and uses a frequency signal to transmit information from the RFID tag to the RFID reader.

[0025] The steps of a method for managing goods in a smart warehouse using the above-mentioned RFID technology provided by the present invention are as follows:

[0026] Step 1. Implant an RFID tag for each cargo, each RFID tag is ...

Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent warehouse goods management method based on a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: firstly, respectively implanting a RFID tag for each goods, registering different ID for each RFID tag, and allocating storage space for each ID in a database server; then, reading the RFID tag on each goods through a mobile RFID reader while registering the goods for storage, storing the goods, registering the goods for delivery and packing the goods; obtaining the ID of the RFID tag, inputting related information of the goods; and transmitting the data to the database server through a management system for storage. The method has the advantages of: (1) quick scanning; (2) excellent penetrability and barrier-free reading; (3) strong contamination resistance and durability; (4) large data memory capacity; (5) miniaturized volume and diversified shape; (6) excellent reusable property; (7) high security.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for managing goods in a warehouse. Background technique [0002] Warehouse goods management plays a very important role in the entire management process of the enterprise. If timely and accurate purchase, inventory control and delivery cannot be guaranteed, it will bring huge losses to the enterprise. This is not only manifested in various management expenses of the enterprise increase, and it will make it difficult to guarantee the quality of customer service, which will ultimately affect the market competitiveness of enterprises. [0003] In the current enterprise warehouse cargo management system, bar codes are the main means of product identification. But barcodes still have many insurmountable shortcomings. For example, barcodes can only identify one type of product, but cannot identify individual products; barcodes are a visual communication technology that must be read when they are visible; barcodes have a se...
