The invention discloses an ammonia and nitrogen-free chemical nickel treatment process, belongs to the field of plastic electroplating, and solves the problem of difficult sewage treatment due to ammonia and nitrogen contained in traditional chemical nickel. The ammonia and nitrogen-free chemical nickel treatment process comprises preparation of ammonia and nitrogen-free chemical nickel; and in the preparation process, an ammonia and nitrogen-free cylinder opening agent is added in nickel sulfate to obtain the ammonia and nitrogen-free chemical nickel for plastic electroplating. Each 1 L of the cylinder opening agent contains 30-40 g of trisodium citrate dehydrate, 100-110 g of lactic acid, 40-45 g of D-malic acid, 55-60 g of succinic acid, 0.05-0.15 g of isothiourea propyl sulfonic acid salt, 15-30 ppm of bismuth nitrate, 25-40 g of ethylene glycol, and 5-20 g of sodium 2-ethylhexyl sulfate. The chemical nickel contains no ammonia and no nitrogen, greatly reduces the sewage treatmentdifficulty, thoroughly eliminates the ammonia and nitrogen pollution problems, is suitable for electroplating of ABS, ABS/PC and PA plastic, and is excellent in bonding force of plating layers to totally meet the performance requirements; traditional production equipment can transfer a cylinder without needing any change; and the chemical nickel is more stable compared with general nitrogen-contained alkali chemical nickel, is not easy to tip a groove, prolongs the average life compared with the alkali chemical nickel, and can effectively reduce the operation cost.
