This invention discloses an end-
grinding machine for a wide-width band saw blade
production line, belonging to the field of saw blade
grinding technology. The
grinding machine includes a grinding
machine body, a saw blade body, a
grinding wheel body, and a machine cover.
Grinding wheel bodies are located on the left and right sides of the grinding machine body, and the machine cover covers the outer sides. A clamping
assembly is located on the front of the machine cover, and a protective cover is movably connected to its upper end. Baffles are located on both sides of the
grinding wheel body, with the outer walls of the baffles movably fitted to the inner walls of the protective cover. A first
threaded rod is located on the outer side of the baffle, and the
threaded rod is threadedly connected to a support plate fixed to the protective cover. A blowing
assembly is located inside the protective cover. This invention uses baffles to laterally limit the saw blade, preventing the wide-width saw blade from shifting under force during grinding, ensuring accurate
grinding wheel trajectory, improving end flatness, perpendicularity, and dimensional consistency, and reducing
scrap rate. Combined with the real-time cooling by the blowing
assembly, it reduces
thermal deformation of the saw blade, slows down grinding
wheel wear, and extends service life, meeting the high-precision, large-scale
processing requirements of wide-width band saw blade production lines.
