The method comprises the following steps that: a bandwidth reservation request message is transmitted by a source node to a target node, the bandwidth reservation request message is sequentially transmitted to a next hop node until to the target node from the source node, the bandwidth reservation request message comprises the requested reservation bandwidth of the source node, and a node received the bandwidth reservation request message on a route from the source node to the target node determines and saves a potential conflict-free maximal transmission time slot set of the node which transmits the bandwidth reservation request message; and the source node receives a bandwidth reservation responding message and acquires a final transmission time slot set of the source node carried in the bandwidth reservation responding message, the bandwidth reservation responding message is sequentially transmitted to the source node from the target node to a previous hop node, and the target node or the node receiving the bandwidth reservation responding message determines the final transmission time slot set of the node according to the saved potential reservation conflict-free maximal transmission time slot set of the node.
