The oil supply system structurally consists of an oil drum, an upper piston, a compression spring, a lower piston, an oil pipe and a switch. The oil drum is fixed on the chassis; the upper piston, the lower piston and the compression spring are arranged in the oil drum; the lower surface of the oil drum is connected with the oil pipe; the oil pipe is connected with the switch; the lower end of the oil pipe is connected with an oil housing; and the wheel type oil smearing system is fixed on the chassis below the oil housing through a bearing seat and structurally consists of an oil smearing wheel, a rubber wheel, a rubber wheel shaft and a bearing seat; the oil smearing wheel, the rubber wheel and the rubber wheel shaft are connected integrally; the rubber wheel rotates at an angle through friction with a sleeper; and the oil smearing wheel also follows to rotate at an angle.
