A waterproof adhesive is filled in gaps between every two of the plurality of tin plated copper wires. A first layer of wrapped waterproof tape is arranged on the periphery of the conductor. An insulating layer made of an insulating material ethylene propylene rubber is arranged on the periphery of the first layer of wrapped waterproof tape. A second layer of wrapped waterproof tape is arranged on the periphery of the insulating layer. A sheath is arranged on the periphery of the second layer of wrapped waterproof tape. The waterproof adhesive is filled in gaps between every two of the three cores which are arranged in the delta shape.
