Abstract

The nano aerogel material exterior wall external heat insulation system comprises a base layer wall, an adhesive mortar layer is disposed on the outer side of the base layer wall, a nano aerogel material is arranged on the outer side of the adhesive mortar layer, and a boundary coating, an alkali-resisting gridding fabric, an anti-cracking mortar layer and a facing material are successively disposed on the outer side of the nano aerogel material. The construction method of the heat insulation system comprises following steps: (a) coating the adhesive mortar layer on the outer side of the base layer wall and adhering the nano aerogel material onto the outer side of the adhesive mortar layer; (b) coating the boundary coating on the outer side of the nano aerogel material; (c) laying the alkali-resisting gridding fabric on the outer side of the boundary coating and coating the anti-cracking mortar layer on the alkali-resisting gridding fabric; and (d) coating the facing material on the outer side of the anti-cracking mortar layer. The heat insulation system reaches A-level fireproofing grade, has a good heat insulation performance, and is simple in construction and easy in operation.
