The lateral side of each horizontal cylinder (2) is connected with the corresponding vertical conical tube (3) through arc boards (4). The invention further provides the powder materials tanker. According to the technical scheme, each horizontal cylinder is connected with the corresponding conical tube through the arc boards in a communicated manner, and the arc boards are angled to the vertical direction so as to facilitate loading and unloading of materials and reduce residue of the materials.
