Abstract

The invention provides a control system based on RS485. The control system comprises an RS485 bus and at least one processing unit, wherein the processing unit comprises an RS485 group; every RS485 group is connected in series through the RS485 bus; each RS485 group comprises a first RS485 interface chip and a second RS485 interface chip; the first RS485 interface chip converts a received differential 485 signal transmitted by the RS485 bus into a direct current signal and outputs to the second RS485 interface chip; and the second RS485 interface chip converts the direct current signal into the differential 485 signal and outputs the signal. The direct current signal is transmitted between the first RS485 interface chip and the second RS485 interface chip, so that the problem about impedance matching between an input signal and an output signal is electrically solved, and node limitless cascading of RS485 is realized.
