Abstract

The elastomer material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 50 parts of phenylethylene elastomer, 10 to 50 parts of mineral oil, 10 to 50 parts of polyolefin, 5 to 40 parts of metal fibers, 5 to 20 parts of nanometer copper powder, 1 to 5 part(s) of antioxygen and 5 to 40 parts of expanded graphite. Compared with the prior art, the heat-conducting conductive elastomer material provided by the invention has a better heat-conducting effect, and a thermal coefficient of the material can reach above 4W/m.K; and moreover, the material has the advantages of good electromagnetic shielding effect, heat conduction, electric conduction, softness and low hardness.
