The invention discloses a double-vision display device, which comprises a display panel used for providing display information, and a double-layer grating arranged adjacent to the display panel, wherein the double-layer grating comprises a first grating and a second grating which are arranged adjacent to each other; and the first grating is a slit grating. A grating period of the first grating satisfies the following formula shown in the description. By adopting the double-vision display device, double-vision display can be realized by sticking the double-layer grating to glass substrates of any thickness of different display panels, thereby solving the problem that the realization of double-vision display cannot be guaranteed by sticking the double-layer grating when the thicknesses of the glass substrates of the display panels are different.
