Abstract

The invention discloses a full-automatic measuring instrument and a measuring method for the spraying water quantity of an underground engineering roadway top plate. The measuring instrument comprises a spraying water collecting container, wherein the upper end of the spraying water collecting container is connected with a receiving device; a water discharge port is arranged at the lower end of the spraying water collecting container; a pressure sensor is arranged at the bottom inside the spraying water collecting container; at least one liquid level switch is arranged at the side inside the spraying water collecting container; the measuring instrument also comprises a timing and automatic flow display device; the timing and automatic flow display device comprises a single chip microcomputer, a control panel and a display screen; and the single chip microcomputer is connected with the display screen, the control panel, the pressure sensor and the liquid level switch respectively. The measuring method comprises the steps of: collecting the spraying water of the top plate, and calculating the flow according to the volume and the time of the spraying water. With the adoption of the measuring instrument and method, the precise measurement of the spraying water of the roadway top plate is realized; the situation of large errors caused by the fact that the spraying water quantity is generally measured through estimation depending on the experience because of the lack of advanced effective instruments in the spraying water quantity measurement in mines or tunnels is changed; and the measuring instrument and method are applicable for underground engineering such as mines, tunnels and the like and are wide in applicable range.
