The resource information management device comprises a creation unit, an adding unit and an accessing unit. The creation unit is used for creating a resource expansion point corresponding to a sub-service module when the sub-service module of the dynamic model system starts, and binding a resource catalog of the sub-service module to the resource expansion point; the adding unit is used for adding the resource expansion point into a set expansion container of the dynamic model system; and the accessing unit is used for accessing to resource information under the resource catalog related to the expansion point container through a uniform interface. According to the technical scheme of the invention, no matter which sub-service module a resource is in, the accessing unit can access to the resource information through the uniform interface, so that the sharing of the resource information is guaranteed.
