The invention discloses a preparation method of a
polyurethane-based active heat preservation rigid foam material. A long
afterglow rare earth luminous material and a photothermal-conversion energy-storage temperature-
control material are adopted and used for preparing
polyurethane rigid foam;
polyester polyol, polyether
polyol, the nanosized long
afterglow rare earth luminous material, the photothermal-conversion energy-storage temperature-
control material,
silicone oil, a catalyst, a
foaming agent and a
fire retardant are weighed according to proportions and mixed to be uniform, the mixture and modified MDI are together stirred and mixed at a high speed, when it is observed that bubbles are given off, and foam bodies whiten, the mixture is injected into a mold for foaming,
set expansion, demolding and curing are conducted in sequence, and the
polyurethane-based active heat preservation rigid foam material is obtained. The polyurethane rigid foam material obtained through the preparation method can collect
luminous energy under the light condition, and certain brightness in an
environmental space can be maintained without illumination at night. In addition, the
luminous energy can be stored to be phase transformation energy, when an environment temperature is lower than a specific value, the stored
luminous energy is released in the form of heat, and the purposes of certain warming and heat preservation are achieved.
