Abstract

The invention discloses a PCR system for identification or auxiliary identification of a wheat vernalization gene VRN-1 and an application thereof. A primer pair group of the PCR is composed of four primer pairs: the first primer pair is composed of two single-stranded DNAs presented in a first sequence and a second sequence, the second primer pair is composed of two single-stranded DNAs presented in a third sequence and a fourth sequence, the third primer pair is composed of two single-stranded DNAs presented in a fifth sequence and a sixth sequence, and the fourth primer pair is composed of two single-stranded DNAs presented in a seventh sequence and a eighth sequence. Mutual inhibition effects and mispairing do not exist among the primer pairs in the PCR primer pair group, detected species are reliable in result and good in repeatability, the cost is low, the specificity is high, and time for the detection process is short; the PCR system has important significance for detection of winter and spring characteristics of wheat species, improvement of the breeding efficiency and strengthening of selection of breeding high generations; and additionally, a strong target is provided in popularizing and introducing processes of the wheat by using the system.
