The invention provides a net-flavor full-matt ultraviolet-curing coating, which is prepared from the following components by weight percentage: 20-35 percent of ultraviolet curing resin, 40-57 percent of reactive acrylate monomers, 8.0-14 percent of organic matt powder, 0.8-4.0 percent of wax powder, 3.0-10 percent of photoinitiator, 0.2-0.5 percent of defoamer, 0.2-1.0 percent of flatting agent and 0.5-2.0 percent of wetting dispersant. The method is as follows: ultraviolet curing modified polyester acrylic resin with 90-98 percent of solid content is adopted to obtain the moderate hardness of paint film; and three kinds of reactive monomers are combined, the total content percentage of the monomers in the coating is reduced, the adhesive force, the hardness, the hand feeling, the glossiness and the fullness of paint film are increased, and the problems of odor, luster and the like before and after construction are solved. The selected resin is resin with a low functional group, and the reactive monomers are N-contained monomers.
