The gasket assembly comprises a gasket with a lug boss surface and frustum-shaped foam, wherein the gasket sequentially comprises a concave part and a lug boss part from a central hole to the outside, and the foam is arranged at the concave part of the gasket; and one surface of the foam clings to the concave part of the gasket, and the outer diameter of the other surface of the foam is less than the maximum outer diameter of the lug boss surface of the gasket, so that the foam clings to a fastened sheet metal part and simultaneously the lug boss surface also clings to the fastened sheet metal part directly. The gasket assembly can effectively solve the problem that the torque attenuation is easily generated by the connection between the sheet metal part and an exterior plastic part caused by the foam.
