Abstract

The method comprises: (1) spore culture, (2) shake flask hypha culture, (3) seed culture, and (4) deep liquid ventilation fermentation. According to the present invention, a new inoculation process (shake flask hypha fermentation) is emphatically developed, the freezing shake flask hypha is adopted to replace the spore to be inoculated so as to reduce a use amount of the spore, improve consistency of a fermentation seed age and seed quality, stabilize microbial metabolism, reduce seed preparation workload and labor intensity, and improve resistance production capacity and work efficiency of streptomyces aureofaciens.
