According to the invention, by a new multi-parameter screening, consistency of the power battery in a secondary utilization process is improved, thus prolonging service lifetime of the power battery. Through a screening method based on the battery application operating conditions, residual performance of the power battery is made full use of and secondarily utilized. The battery self-discharge and the thermal effects are used as screening parameters, and security of the power battery in the secondary utilization process is fully considered.
