The feedback device comprises a feedback shaft, a feedback rod which is socket-connected onto the feedback shaft, and a spring which is fastened with the feedback rod. The feedback rod comprises an inner rod and an outer rod which is sheathed outside the inner rod. A threaded hole is formed in the outer rod. The threaded hole is connected with a bolt which is used for tightly pressing the inner rod against the outer rod through female threads. Clamping holes which are fastened with the spring are formed in the inner rod. Since the feedback rod of the feedback device comprises the outer rod and the inner rod which is slideably connected with the outer rod, the length of the feedback rod can be adjusted according to the demands of working conditions and the feedback device is enabled to meet the demands of the working conditions within a certain range instead of only several limited situations which can be realized in the past.
