The method includes the steps that seismic data are collected; spectrum analysis is performed on the seismic data to obtain frequency width and basic frequency corresponding to the seismic data; according to the frequency width and the basic frequency, selectivity filtering is performed on the seismic data to obtain different seismic bodies with different main frequencies; reflection event inclination angles corresponding to the seismic bodies with the different main frequencies are determined; according to the reflection event inclination angles and the seismic data, the reflection event isochronism is determined; according to the reflection event isochronism, isochronal stratal slices are generated, and oil and gas exploration is performed. On the basis of fractional frequency of the seismic data, the seismic reflection event isochronism is effectively judged by combining inclination angle calculation and data cube fusion display, and thus development of the seismic sedimentation analysis technology is promoted.
