Under the condition that the distribution order is confirmed to be a broadband distribution order, the broadband distribution order is issued to the distribution server. The distribution server is used for sending the broadcast distribution order and/or the broadband distribution order to the receiving terminal. The broadcast server is used for broadcasting data, which are corresponding to the broadband distribution order, to the receiving terminal according to the received broadband sending order.
