Abstract

The invention discloses a lead-free ceramic pigment on a low-temperature glaze. The lead-free ceramic pigment consists of 8-30% by weight of a lead-free toner and 70-92% by weight of a lead-free solvent, wherein the solvent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-60% of SiO2, 5-55% of B2O3, 1.5-15% of Al2O3, 1.5-10% of K2O, 1.5-10% of Na2O, 0-8% of Li2O, 0-15% of ZnO, 0-5% of CaO, 0-10% of CoO, 0-5% of BaO, 1-5% of MgO, 0-10% of ZrO2, 0-10% of SnO2 and 0-5% of TiO2. The lead-free ceramic pigment on the low-temperature glaze does not have a toxic or side effect, is compact in structure, stable in chemical stability, low in baking temperature, complete and perfect in color system, resistant in acid and alkali erosion, matching in coefficient of thermal expansion, pure in color generation, bright in color, high in glossiness and good in decorative effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a low-temperature overglaze lead-free ceramic pigment, which belongs to the technical field of ceramic pigments. Background technique [0002] The most widely used decorative method for ceramic products is overglaze painting. The overglaze color is used at a low temperature of 750°C to 850°C, so 30% to 50% lead oxide is added to the traditional production process to make the ceramic overglaze pigment have a wide range of baking temperature and pure color development. However, during the production and use of lead in ceramic pigments, the pollution of air and water resources and the harm to the human body have attracted worldwide attention, especially the dissolution of lead on the surface of meals and drinking utensils is a potential carcinogen, which is harmful to people's health. Health is a threat. In order to reduce and eradicate the poisoning of lead, the scientific research and production departments of the ceramic deco...
