Embodiment

[0085] In the embodiment of the present invention, the electric vehicle that utilizes distributed charging piles for conventional slow charging is taken as the research object, and its charging model is established. The establishment of a charging model for a single electric vehicle can be obtained from the charging start time and charging duration of the electric vehicle. The charging start time and daily mileage depend on the travel habits and driving characteristics of the user, and the final driving return time and daily driving schedule are considered to be independent of each other in the present invention: with reference to the current development status of electric vehicles, the embodiments of the present invention Private cars charged by charging piles make the following assumptions:

[0086] (1) The power consumption per 100 kilometers is fixed at 15 kWh; (2) When the time-of-use electricity price is not implemented, the electric vehicle starts charging after returni...

Abstract

The invention relates to an electric automobile optimal peak-valley time-of-use pricing method giving consideration to the owner satisfaction degree. The electric automobile optimal peak-valley time-of-use pricing method specifically comprises the following steps of (1) establishing probability models of a last journey ending moment and a daily running mileage; (2) establishing demand response models for charging and discharging of electric automobiles, including (2a) a demand response model of an A-type electric automobile, (2b) a demand response model of a B-type electric automobile and (2c) a demand response model of a C-type electric automobile; (3) establishing an optimal peak-valley time-of-use electrovalence solving model. Charging and discharging power models of the electric automobiles are established according to two factors influencing the power demands of the electric automobiles, namely charging beginning moment and the daily running mileage, then an optimal peak-valley time-of-use electrovalence solving scheme applicable to the charging and discharging of the electric automobiles is established based on the electric automobile owner satisfaction degree and power grid benefits, and investment on peak-load units and lines is reduced to some extent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an optimal peak-valley time-of-use electricity price pricing method for electric vehicles that takes into account the satisfaction of car owners, and belongs to the field of electric power technology. Background technique [0002] Under the background of energy crisis and environmental pollution, electric vehicles are gaining more and more attention because of the advantages of zero pollution and low noise. Considering the randomness of electric vehicle charging behavior, a large number of electric vehicles will bring significant uncertainty to the operation and control of the power system. In addition, electric vehicles can also put electric energy back into the power system during the peak period of electricity consumption (Vehicle to Grid, V2G). If there is no corresponding policy and means to guide its charging and discharging behavior, the disorderly charging and discharging behavior of large-scale electric vehicles will ...
