Abstract

The present invention relates to a server device and an information processing method. There is provided a server device including a streaming processing unit configured to generate a frame image in real time, encode the frame image to generate encoded data, and transmit the encoded data to a client device over a network, the client device being configured to decode the encoded data and output the frame image, and a controller configured to receive information related to an output timing of the frame image in the client device from the client device and control a process timing of the frame image in the streaming processing unit so that a predetermined relationship is maintained between the output timing and the process timing.
